Ruislip Manor Station (1938) by Charles Holden

The reconstructed Ruislip Manor station opened on 26th June 1938, serving the Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines. A station had been in place here since 1912, being rebuilt in 1919. Charles Holden designed the new station building as part of the 1935-40 New Works Programme, with a ticket hall straddling the rail bridge and shops flanking the street.
