The Regent Theatre was built in Sheffield, England, in 1927, a massive theater with 2,300 seats, a Wurlitzer organ, and a 150-seat café. It 1946 it was renamed the Gaumont Theatre. In 1985, the theater was closed and demolished, and a new cinema the Odeon, was built in 1987. But even that theater closed in 1994, and it is now a nightclub.
